Practice Sale or Purchase:

  • Help secure the Purchaser 100% financing of my provided appraised value with no additional collateral required.
  • Provide sales contract to be used by Seller and Purchaser’s CPA and/or Attorney. These contracts have evolved over 28 years of dental practice sales and include the important aspects of the practice transition.
  • Provide, negotiate and oversee the aspects of a detailed Purchase Agreement between Seller and Purchaser. This agreement becomes the final Asset Purchase Agreement to transition the practice.
  • Negotiate crucial items such as: sales price and terms, accounts receivable, allocation of purchase price, transition timeline, Restrictive Covenant Agreement, etc.
  • Fees:
    • Customary Fee is 10% of the sales price.
    • We get paid when you get paid, at closing.
    • With an Exclusive Listing Agreement, if we don’t sell your practice, you don’t owe us a commission, a fee for the Appraisal or cost of marketing.
